Yoga Unity offers Hatha Yoga classes in Northamptonshire for adults and children. The classes are designed for all levels of ability and health, with a fun and light perspective that refreshes the spiritual and relaxing message of yoga.

Yoga classes are held in different locations throughout Northamptonshire, including village halls, health clubs, gyms and schools. For more information on class times and venues, please see either the Adults class timetable or Children's class timetable.

I also teach classes as a freelance or permanent yoga instructor, based on private one to one personal training for individuals or small groups. I have been practising yoga for over 24 years. I trained with the Inner Healing School of Yoga and have been teaching yoga since 2005.

I am a qualified, insured member of IPTI (Independent Professional Therapists International).
