Adult Yoga Classes

Adults yoga classes are held at various locations throughout Northamptonshire. They are for both the complete beginner and the more experienced yoga enthusiast. Each of the classes has a different light-hearted, seasonal theme, focusing on the many aspects of Hatha Yoga.

The benefits of yoga are improved flexibility, posture, muscle tone and overall health. Yoga teaches you how to breathe correctly, promotes concentration, reduces stress and aids relaxation.

Class fees are set by the venue operator and each class varies in duration, please see the timetable below:
